“I had a positive experience with Crown & Shield Pest Solutions. The initial inspection identified drywood termites on the exterior and extending into our garage, and the treatment was scheduled as a localized termite treatment.
When Brandin arrived to do the work, he discovered additional termite damage in the shear plywood inside the garage. Brandin was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. Rather than just treating what had originally been identified, he took the time to explain what he found and agreed to do the additional work for a relatively small added cost, including removing the affected plywood and replacing the damaged wood.
The job turned out to be substantially more work than originally anticipated, and Brandin came back the next day to finish everything properly rather than rushing through it. He also reconnected our washer and dryer and put the washout sink area back together afterward, which was very helpful and something I did not expect him to do.
The overall cost was significant, but home repair and skilled labor are expensive these days, and I felt we received thorough, professional service for the money. Most importantly, I appreciated Brandin’s willingness to address the additional problem he found instead of doing only the minimum originally scoped. I would definitely recommend Crown & Shield, and particularly Brandin, based on our experience.”
