So far so good. I’ve just had the second indoor treatment for ants. the technician, Sophia, is very knowledgeable, showed me what she was doing, and made some recommendations for patching areas once the ants are gone.

My wife and I saw remnants of termites and called crown and shield. Chris was the technician that inspected our house inside and out and was very knowledgeable. Fortunately, we were relieved to know there was no issues or an infestation of termites. We have used crown and shield in the past and have always been very satisfied with their service. Their technician Brandon was kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. Scheduling with their office was also smooth. The wait time was as expected to get the tech to come to my home. Overall, a very positive experience with this company. Would absolutely recommend them!Service: Termite inspection
