I give Matt Stephen’s a 5+ Stars. He was very thoughtful and helpful, explained everything in detail and clarified what the representative who scheduled the appointment said to me by mistake in terms of setting up a years contract when it’s not what I asked for. But I’m very happy with the service I received today. I will only suggest you inform your New Clients about the contracts before locking a client for a year, I don’t think it’s right to do business like this.But as I said, Matt made up for this. I would highly recommend Orkin.

Had mice eat wiring in our 2 cars. Cost a lot to fix. I think Orkin can be more thorough and offer better methods to remove and repel mice specifically from cars. For example many remedies listed on Amazon which I did not even recommend. Clearly, room for improvement here. Otherwise, their service is very good.Service: Rodent extermination

I contacted Orkin and they were able to schedule a service within a couple days. Nick was great! I feel like he was very thorough and went above and beyond what I expected from the company/service.Services: Spider extermination
