I met an employee name Jose from Target Optical in San Rafael, CA. outside of his work environment. He noticed my glasses had a couple of issues and offered to fix them for me and suggested the days that would work for both of us. I went in and he
fixed my glasses like they were when I first got them! I assumed I would pay for this service, but he told me no, it was his pleasure! Above and beyond! I highly recommend this Target Optical and the skilled services of Jose! Thanks again!
Jose spent over two hours with me which included the exam, answering all of my questions, helping me pick out lenses, and adjusting current lenses that I brought in. He and the team there were so lovely and so helpful! I’ll definitely be back!
