Went to target optical to get a new prescription and had an interesting experience. When I set the appointment, I was made aware that no doctor would be on site but that I would be communicating with them through zoom during the appointment. It was a pretty cool experience to have my vision be checked out my the doctor through zoom while using revolutionary technology that allowed the doctor to perform the test. I was very impressed it, would come again.
Cristina provided efficient and gracious customer service while adjusting two pairs of sunglasses. Target optical (Petaluma) has always been a welcoming and friendly experience. In addition to my needs, Christina was extremely patient and caring while working on an older citizen’s eyeglasses repair. She’s an asset to Target’s corporate image.
The Target Optical Petaluma store has a great selection of eyewear. Cristina and Seghen are provide prompt and efficient service. They’re helpful and knowledgeable. They also made me feel welcome!
