“Low ball contact price then during insulation drives prices up and up with change orders after change orders. Owner and Rogee Hydronic actual address is in San Luis Obispo County. If you refuse to pay the change orders you will windup in court with various late fees and charges. System never worked upon installing system. They, requested and receive a free replacement warranty part but are attempting to sell it to owner. Owner has decided to never ever use this person or company again. Will purchase replacement part elsewhere.Service: Heating system installation“
