“I had an water main break underneath my driveway (literally dead center) and needed emergency help considering both my wife and I work long hours and commute fairly far. With a baby in the house we also needed water badly. What I thought was going to be an initial meeting to go over the scope of the work to be completed, quickly turned into Bob and Dana getting me up and running with a new water main from the street (about 60ft of trenching).
