The tech (Manual Barcenas) was awesome, professional, and got our AC back up and running quickly. He clearly had been working hard in the heat all day before reaching us in the late afternoon extreme heat. He was friendly and clearly is a hard worker. Thank you PR Heating and Air!
Technician was promo and knowledgeable. My only disappointment was that he promised to send the notes for me to share with the manufacturer needed to get a replacement since it was under warranty. Luckily the manufacturer was ok with my word.
Technician arrived on time and throughly serviced AC system including filter change and compressor cleanup. Gave me his input on current operational status and suggested things to look for going forward (potential motor replacement) but not critical at this point.He also detected an underperforming contender and replaced it.
