I called a local plumber yesterday regarding my sewer problem and they scheduled me from 8 to 12 and there was going to call when they are on their way. They called me at 1:30 saying they gonna schedule me for tomorrow, I call rocksteady. They sent their plumber 20 minutes after my call and the problem was fixed within an hour. Like to thank lance with rocksteady.

Super quick replies and quick work and they stand by the product they install. One of the p-traps they installed was defective, they came back and replaced it at no charge the next day.

Clogged garbage disposal on Saturday morning. Lance was here within an hour of calling. Reasonable rate for emergency call. Fast and efficient. I'm impressed with speed of job!!
