On Point is an extremely professional and ethical company. Rochelle in the office schedules appointments and offers systematic updates on arrival time. Austin is the best plumber, excellent at assessing problems and solving them efficiently but thoroughly. He goes above and beyond for the customer. This company is highly recommended for reliable work for plumbing needs, big or small.

Emailed On Point at 6am Saturday with a leaking water heater and immediately started chatting with Skyler, the owner. He gave me a narrow price range over email and I gave him the go ahead. It ended up he subbed for his technician and did the job himself. The new water heater was better than expected with a longer warranty and lower emissions. Great job and came in at the lower price range I got before the job. Professional and more than expected. All quality materials and done to code. Very happy with the results. Thank you On Point!
From the moment I called On Point, I had a good experience. After I was able to get an appointment, I got emails and text to confirm and follow when Austin would come. He came on time and was very professional, courteous and respectful. He checked things out and then gave us a quote. He will be back to do the repair.
