He had to send an associate to do the work since he was tied up. The work was done quickly. I had a problem with the gas stovetop hookup and Kevin came back himself to work it out. It was a difficult hookup and required some special adaptations. He did not charge me for the second visit and did a great job. I have previously used Roadrunner to totally replumb my Mom's house.
