“Simply put - LIFE CHANGING.
My background - I've never lifted weights, I've never been one to exercise. But this little shop of miracles - they changed all that.
They took a terrified beginner (or even lower than beginner if such a term exists), and helped him fall in love with the exercise, with the workouts, with the process, with the philosophy.
I'm not kidding when I say that my first day - I was just worried my leg would go shooting across the room on my first machine. But the staff was patient, detailed, and thorough. They made sure I knew exactly what I was doing, and they were watching everything cautiously to make sure I was safe and my form was ok.
That was a year ago, this week.
One year later - I can't believe how far I've come.
When I started, I just had a simple goal - I'd like to be able to do one squat. Now I can do a half dozen without even focusing on it.
A myriad of little changes to my life, my health, my lifestyle - all these little improvements that make everything so much better than it's ever been. I'm emotional just thinking of the process...
And truly - it just comes down to the trainers, the staff - they're my guides, my scouts, my mentors in this journey. They never tire of my asking question after question about how to better my form, how to improve my technique, and I owe them so much for that.
I'm a full convert now. Full stop. As long as I'm physically and financially able to - I can't imagine ever stopping this process.
THANK YOU to every one at the Strength Shoppe (Jazzy, Adal, Anwar, Derek, EVERYONE) for helping this one man find a path in his life he didn't even know he needed, and never would have thought he could love so much.”
Castuera Universal Fitness - Castuera UF
“Just finished my first week at Hybrid Fitness. I could not be more thankful for the opportunity to get back in shape with someone like Justin, he's the real deal. I feel like I'm getting an accelerated work out that's customized for my goals which I couldn't have done alone. I don't care how hard you push yourself on solo workouts, there's nothing like getting in a one-on-one at Hybrid. Five stars all the way around.”
