Scheduling appointments by phone has repeatedly been frustrating. When there is confusion during the call, the receptionist sometimes goes completely silent without saying we are being placed on hold.This has happened more than once.
Communication with patients should be much better
They are knowledgeable, they are encouraging and they are kind. I was able to relax and focus almost immediately because of the positive people and environment. I enjoyed the casual conversation and when I had questions they had answers! Because of this team, I was able to avoid surgery, forever grateful. Thank you.
First of all, Christina and Kevin are great PT assistants! Very patient, instructive, and kind. Dr Kathy and Dr Michael were very informative; they can be a little tough, and challenge you, but in a good way. Highly recommend.
