I've done electrolysis in other studios and I must say the service offered at Pilosity Studio is by far the best I've ever received. The process is not painful at all especially in comparison to laser/tweezing/waxing, Katerina is incredibly professional, helpful (answered all of my questions) and friendly - she made our 75-min appointment super fun. She does a super-thorough job of scanning every inch of my body. She skillfully removed a couple of spots with minimal pain. “I have been coming here for years, and it is the only place I will continue to go! It has always been a nice, clean, and comfortable environment. Everyone from the receptionists, to the owner, to the nurse who does my laser (Bianey) are SUPER nice and friendly. I would rate them a 15 for customer service on a 1-10 scale! They have always been very passionate about what they do, and it shows. This is the only place I would trust for any skin procedure.
