Visited LA, live in Honolulu. Was in the Pasadena area and stopped by. Honestly wasn’t really a facial guy and went in not knowing what to expect, but Carrie made the whole thing easy. Super relaxed, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and I never felt awkward about being there.
Found out she’s also a nurse on top of being an esthetician, which was reassuring. She recommended I get a HydraFacial or a mild PCA peel based on what I was asking about, but the whole visit was really chill. Next time I’ll try microneedling.

I have been coming here for a while now. Years ago, I did laser hair removal on my legs and underarms and I have not shaved in 10 years now. I came back again for laser hair removal on my face and spider vein treatment on my lower legs. I see Melissa now and she is just wonderful. This is a true a great place to come to treat yourself or get work done. I always feel comfortable coming here.

This was my first time getting Botox and I went with Melissa. She was so kind and just walked me through every step and told me what she that would be better for my face! I was really nervous going in, but she made me feel so comfortable. I definitely recommend her!!
