Shelby is absolutely amazing, she walked me through the process, talked me through each step she was doing, and we found the perfect introductory nails with a little holographic action. I've done electrolysis in other studios and I must say the service offered at Pilosity Studio is by far the best I've ever received. The process is not painful at all especially in comparison to laser/tweezing/waxing, Katerina is incredibly professional, helpful (answered all of my questions) and friendly - she made our 75-min appointment super fun.
