“We had service on a kenmore elite refridgerator. The tech knew the problem was the compressor and ordered the compressor and replaced the compressor on a second visit. The compressor took 1 hour to relace and the refridgerator started cooling again. We are pleased about that. The problem i have is we were charged $558 for labor and we had to pay the labor charge when the compressor was ordered before any labor was done. So i guess they charge $558 per hour labor.“

“I would recommend having on hand "loan/burner" phones for customers who are out of a phone for more than 24 hours. It's reasonable and all you have to do is have a credit card on file. The staff was helpful, understanding, and diligent, but neither uBreakFix nor Verizon had a burner phone available for the period that I was without a phone.“

“Johnny replaced the OLED screen on my S20 plus. He offered both the Samsung OEM screen replacement or a cheaper aftermarket assembly. The repair was done quickly and looks / works great. I am extremely pleased with his service. Would 100% use JTechFix again.“
