Electronics repair in Chino

“Having my cell telephone go dead all of a sudden has been traumatic. Yes, traumatic. My entire life is contained in this one device, luckily backed up by Google. When the problem initially occurred, of course, I consulted with my carrier. This, predictably, resulted in my purchasing a more updated device. But, it was not until I consulted with Mark Holmes, the manager at the Chino, California location did I learn that the device is repairable. So, I returned the device and new case cover to my carrier, then returned to see Mark. Found out that the telephone simply needed a battery. However, after more challenges with the device, later learned that I also needed a new screen at the whopping cost of $349. While frustrating, Mark helped me through the process by filing an insurance claim for the cost. Well, all was said and done despite the frustration and time spent, Mark made doing so to be a much less negative experience.

The irony is that in my experience, techies are not known for their personable disposition. So, Mark was clearly the exception and obviously the reason why he was also the likely one chosen to be the store's manager. Mark made an otherwise traumatic experience lead to a positive outcome, not only because he resolved the multiple issues with the device but handled himself in such a customer friendly manner.
