“I had an awesome experience with uBreakiFix in Rialto. After not getting my new Samsung phone to work properly and even contacting Samsung to no avail, I followed Samsung’s recommendation and took it to uBreakiFix’s Rialto location. Jack there was friendly and professional. He said that he would troubleshoot the problem within an hour. Sure enough, he came out about 30 minutes later and explained the problem (I have to admit that it was user error, MY USER ERROR). The phone is now working just fine.

“A little skeptical at first, but I’m really glad I decided to give them a chance. I brought in my Xbox Series X because it wasn’t reading any discs, and honestly, I was expecting the worst.

The gentleman who helped me was great from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair, sent me pictures, and even spoke with me over the phone to explain what was going on. The communication and customer service were excellent.
