I would recommend having on hand "loan/burner" phones for customers who are out of a phone for more than 24 hours. It's reasonable and all you have to do is have a credit card on file. The staff was helpful, understanding, and diligent, but neither uBreakFix nor Verizon had a burner phone available for the period that I was without a phone.

I came in to the store in Downey and stopped my phone off to get my phnom screen protector replaced on my Galaxy flip z4 they informed me it would take 3 hours due to certain protocol, So when I came to pick it up it was EXACTLY 3 HRS as stated which was so appreciated that they kept their word. Thank you for your integrity.

Blake fixed my totally cracked screen within the 2 hour time frame & put on my new screenprotector (excellent).When I came in I heard the manager Chadd tell 1 customer it's better to buy a new one instead of getting it fixed (wow). Then he told the next customer it's better to go through insurance, it's cheaper (who does that)I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE & HONESTY!!! No "upsell" WORTH EVERY DOLLAR.....Thanks guys!
