“I was referred to Vick by a friend of ours in regards to a kitchen remodel I wanted done. I had never tackled a project like this before and was actually very intimidated at first. I contacted Vick and set up an appointment to come out to his shop to discuss my plans. He was very flexible. I being a mechanic myself am very very picky on who I like to work on and touch my belongings. When I walked into his shop to find him actively working and was very relived to find it organized. I discussed with him my ideas and he improved on my ideas by providing his expertise and professional input with design ideas and such, which I ended up going with due to the fact they were brilliant. I ended up doing all the demo on my kitchen, (Personal choice to save money) and setting it up for him so he can come install everything. He guided me on how to run certain things and where they should be and how I should leave it for him. During install Vick and his colleague were very meticulous while installing my cabinets taking their time to be exact and never doubted my inputs. During installation I had changed some ideas around and he was able to work with them building me an extra cabinet that wasn't on the original plan. Kitchen ended up looking AMAZING and all the little spaces of the old useless kitchen are now being used because of his brilliant ideas. “We recently finished up our ADU project with Jonathan in Monrovia. We were very impressed with his assessment of the property during the bidding process. We had several contractors come out but none of them were as knowledgable about the code and requirements for completing the work. His estimate was realistic which was great for our financial planning. Not only that, but Jonathan handled everything with the city. We both work full time and the permitting process/working with the city was something we really did not want to deal with and were worried would require a lot of back and forth. To us this process went seamlessly as Jonathan addressed all communications with the city. All we had to do was visit city hall one time to sign some paperwork after the ADU was built, and even for that Jonathan addressed the hassle of getting an appointment set up.It was important to us that our ADU was built with attention to detail as the intended residents are my parents, who are to say the least, picky. Jonathan handled all of their questions and concerns. He carefully navigated having basically two sets of clients between my parents and my husband and I. He helped them pick out materials, was patient, and responsive. If there was anything that they did not like or any issues arose, Jonathan addressed it ASAP.We are very pleased with the results and excited to have a wonderful home for my parents to retire in.“

“I can't tell you how wonderful Imperial 4 Cabinet is! I was referred by my cousin who practically had them do all her bathrooms, closets, kitchen, bar and these are just to name a few. “This review is LONG overdue, however, my recent experience with Shirry reminded me that I must post a review. In 2014, I had the pleasure of working with Shirry Dolgin of ASD Interiors, along with Bo Siton of A List Construction. My husband and I did a full remodeling of our kitchen, and a portion of our den. This included cabinets, appliances, flooring, lighting, painting, plumbing fixtures and window treatments. The design also included a wonderful desk area, with cabinets for the printer and tower. Shirry's design ideas were creative, and her color palette, beautiful. Bo's team was consistently on time and cleaned up the work area each day. Shirry was always available by phone, when we needed to reach her. They set up a microwave and refrigerator in our dining room and we stayed in our home during the remodel. As is always the case, there was a small hiccup with a support beam, but they got the right people out to determine the solution, and we were back on track. We love our kitchen! Fast forward five years, and our bedroom needed a refresh. Shirry was the only person we would consider. Shirry spent time with us for a consultation and understood our budget constraints and worked within them. Shirry created a simple, classic, and beautifully serene master bedroom. It was a minor refresh which included paint, carpeting, window treatments, bedding, lamps, placement of art, and accessorizing an existing wall unit. The contractors that she works with for the painting, carpeting, and window treatments were dependable and their work, excellent. The bottom line is we love our bedroom as much as our kitchen! We would use both Shirry of ASD Interiors and Bo Siton again. Take my advice, and you will not be disappointed.“

“Our contractor hired Hamlet to assist us with renderings of what our home remodel would look like. Hamlet was good with communicating and ensuring every detail was correct. He also helped us out with a few last minute updates and worked on the weekend to ensure they were done in time. He is reliable, ethical, and thorough. “I was referred to Kevin by a friend who had a good experience redoing their outdoor patio. My home project was fixing a leak in a basement room from hillside water penetration. Kevin and his best crew did a French drain system in my crawl space and followed with siding of the house. The team were super knowledgeable and did a great job with 5 year warranty on water leakage. They completed the job with new stucco outside. I am very happy with kevin and Graceland and highly recommend.“
