I purchased a custom Royale Cobalt Dania bed in Eastern King. Alicia had helped while I was in the store and on the phone. She was considerate and thoughtful. She helped me select my bed customizations. Honestly, the Dania bed is the most comfortable bed I have slept on. I am finally sleeping without waking up throughout the night. It is also a beautiful plush frame.
Additionally, when I had a couple issues with the delivery, Alicia helped me through it. She continued to remain kind and helpful even after my purchase. Shout out to Alicia! Thank you so much!

My wife and I were shopping for a new couch that was comfortable and pet friendly. We went into the Joybird LA store and worked with Adam Dunkle. He did a great job walking us through all of our options and assisted us in picking the perfect couch. We love our new couch so much! Thanks again Adam for taking great care of us

In the end, I stuck with my original choice, and Adam helped me pick out and add the perfect matching ottoman to complete my space.
