During the build he scheduled his team so that there was always someone working to maximize his efforts to complete the project during the agreed upon window. Dan looked for opportunities to save us money and fought for us when the unexpected happened. Ultimately he completed the house on time and on budget, which is unheard of nowadays. Since completion his follow up has been PERFECT. He continues to check in to make sure he can stand behind his work.
