“They came out quickly and determined the kind of termite problem we had. Tenting process was easy to schedule, we felt well informed and prepared by the company. Everyone I worked with at Franz was friendly and knowledgeable. Have already recommended them to quite a few friends and everyone was happy.”
“Jim did the inspection and was very patient in helping us understand the issues we had (dry wood termites). He even noticed that the crawl space has a leak, which helped us identify a plumbing issue! Then a week later, Gabriel and Roberto came for the treatment. They were professional, kind, patient, and clearly experts. They got the job done in 1.5 hours and even inspected other concerns we had! It was absolutely great working with all of them and I highly recommend them!!”
“Derick provided truly top-tier service from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to, and took the time to walk us through exactly what he was seeing and what our options were. His calm, positive attitude immediately put us at ease, and it was clear he takes real pride in his work.
What impressed me most was how thorough and thoughtful he was. Nothing felt rushed, and he genuinely wanted to make sure we understood everything and felt confident moving forward. This level of care and professionalism is rare, and I would highly recommend Derick and his company to anyone dealing with termite concerns.
THANK YOU DERICK!!!!!”
