When the scope was larger than they initially planned for, they were careful to take pictures to share with project manager Martin and come back with a detailed scope of work and pricing. It was definitely a pretty penny but the team was flexible within the scope to make sure the right areas were clean, they did not nickel and dime which I appreciated.
