“I've been coming to this gym going on two months now, I enjoy my workouts every time & so far I noticed it's a different vibe (Good vibe) I get the impression for me it seems like a gym that fosters sociality..just based off of how all the equipment is stationed..in my experience (tho limited) the folks who come to work out seem to leave there attitudes at home an to move with there best foot forward so overall this gym from me gets 5stars.“

“Shelly is a miracle worker sent from above. I recently had arm lipo and scheduled lymphatic massages with her. I did about 10 sessions with her and from the first phone call, she was so informative and knowledgeable. She was giving me the most detailed advice before my surgery day. For instance, diet, foods to avoid, faja recommended, collagen powder, exercises to do to promote circulation, tips to help with swelling and preventing fibrosis on my lipo area. She was giving me more detailed instructions than my own surgeon in Orange County. Shelly was an absolute blessing during my recovery! I recently went to my surgeon after 6 weeks and he said WOW! You healed as perfectly as any surgeon could ask for and i know it was because Shelly guided me through my surgery journey. If you are planning on getting any cosmetic surgery run to her office immediately, she’s a 10/10! Thank you Shelly for everything, I’ll definitely be back for the next procedure recovery.“
