Shelly is a miracle worker sent from above. I recently had arm lipo and scheduled lymphatic massages with her. I did about 10 sessions with her and from the first phone call, she was so informative and knowledgeable. She was giving me the most detailed advice before my surgery day. For instance, diet, foods to avoid, faja recommended, collagen powder, exercises to do to promote circulation, tips to help with swelling and preventing fibrosis on my lipo area. After seven years of shoulder knots that used to require deep tissue massage, I'm pain free. Over 3 in depth sessions, Shelly worked on the root cause of my shoulder knots (my core muscles!). She did this without digging into my shoulders making the pain worse. With Shelly, you will not fall asleep on the table. She educates you about how your body works and all the small changes you can make at home to maintain the relief you will get. I originally scheduled with a regular massage therapist for my post op care. After my pre op appointment with my doctor, info was given and I decided to look for someone who specialized in lymphatic drainage. I googled and There was Shelly…I called and she scheduled a call with me within 24 hrs and from the information given on the call I was blown away by her knowledge and education, I felt confident she would take care of me. I am a Certified, Licensed Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, & Sports Massage Therapist with over 25 years experience. I am Klose Institute trained in MLD, Manual Lymphatic Drainage. NKT trained in muscle testing, with Polarity releases. I help you restore your muscles proper function and movement, & alleviate pain. A full gym is on site to reinforce the corrections made during the sessions. I also specialize in Post surgical Lymphatic Drainage Treatment using the Vodder method, Klose trained and Certified. Endermologie, Ultrasound, medi cup Vibration therapy is also used to help you achieve your best look possible from your procedures. I am vaccinated & practice all COVID health PPE, and cleaning protocols. I am located off the 14 Frwy.
