My heating went off on Sunday; called Paul's first thing on Monday, and Jr. was here in just a few hours, and fixed the issue right away for the cost of a service call. I am beyond pleased!

After getting ripped off by the General, we switched to Paul’s A/C. They are reputable, do a great job, and don’t constantly try to upsell us on things we don’t need. The tech Jay is great. He follows up on things and helps troubleshoot problems.
