Colton took her right away, and as expected, she put up quite a fight. She even ended up soiling herself—and the staff—during the process.
Despite that, everyone was incredibly kind and patient. They gave her a complimentary bath, treated her gently, and made sure she felt comfortable the entire time. She came back to me clean, calm, and with her nails trimmed perfectly short.
