KC (owner) has a design eye far beyond the normal landscaping firm. When you hire them you get a creative genius and a firm that is responsive, timely, and top drawer. And, the bid was the same as another firm so we felt the price was right. We think we got more than what we paid for because the creative ideas were extraordinary and really improved upon our original plans. KC wasn't afraid to tell us when some of our ideas weren't going to work, yet he always offered even better solutions. Our job was a big one: We re-graded, put in drainage, retaining wall, staircase, fence, water feature, patio, lighting, plants- you name it and we did it. KC kept track of every single detail, and we were VERY detailed and had very specific wants. The team is top notch-  highly skilled, super polite, were very careful with our home and belongings, and worked extremely hard. We have our dream backyard and will always be thankful to KC and his team for having the vision and executing it with professionalism, care, and creativity. I can't recommend them highly enough.“

“As you can see in the first two pictures, my backyard was overgrown with English Ivy. It’s not the easiest thing To get rid of. It was at least 15 years since we had done any clean out. Sylvio, and his guys came in and in two days they had removed the IV and disposed of it. We talked about doing a few more small projects which he completed. “Excellence Landscaping truly lived up to their name. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout our backyard project. They provided samples for patio tiles, mulch, and other materials, incorporated our revisions thoughtfully, and executed everything exactly as requested.

They installed the patio tiles and steps, cleared and replanted the yard with new plants and trees in fresh mulch beds, and added irrigation and lighting that completely transformed our space into a Japanese, hotel-chic backyard. “We’ve had a great experience with JML Landscapes. Our yard is relatively large and sloped, and we started with what was essentially a blank, weed-filled canvas. We wanted to create an outdoor space that truly felt like an extension of our home, and JML absolutely brought that vision to life.
