Urban Arborist have been taking care of my trees + those of my immediate neighbors for many years now, always with professionalism, courtesy, and with an eye to safety. Since several trees overhang property boundaries, I and my neighbors coordinate trimming + split costs. UA accommodates this arrangement + it all happens smoothly. If you want it done right, call UA.

The Urban Arborist was recommended to me by a landscape designer/architect who is a close friend and neighbor of mine. I consulted with them on an ailing tree on my Potrero Hill property. The arborist accurately diagnosed the problem with the tree and made excellent suggestions for how to help the tree to recover. He was clearly very knowledgeable and focused on the well being of the tree as opposed to on how the company could find ways to create business for themselves. I was very impressed with the consultation and followed up with them a year later. The tree has been improving ever since that first visit to my backyard.

The crew did a great job, the team was easy to work with and communicate with, the price was competitive, and the team left the property cleaned of tree debris. I also appreciate their scheduling flexibility: squeezing me in early to deal with a broken limb urgently before it fell on a fence it precariously hung over, and coming back at a mutually convenient job to finish a more thorough job. Thank you!
