I couldn't be happier with our new outdoor kitchen and garden space in Noe Valley. Joe and his team managed to transform my vision into reality through many iterations. Joe was extremely patient with my many specific ideas. The project required coordination with a general contractor, and JML introduced us to a top notch team. We now have a much more usable and enjoyable space that has shade when it's sunny and hot, and heat when it's cold. Between the fireplace and the heaters, the patio can now be surprisingly comfortable and cozy in the evenings. We had quite an extensive renovation of our garden in Pacifica. We worked with Joe on a detailed design which we reviewed and modified to our preferences. It was important to plant plants/shrubs that would thrive in our coastal location and this was carefully considered. The reconstruction of the walkways, the patio and the lighting transformed our garden. The illumination at evening time really highlights the beautiful design. Needless to say, we love it and we've received many compliments from our neighbors!
