KC (owner) has a design eye far beyond the normal landscaping firm. When you hire them you get a creative genius and a firm that is responsive, timely, and top drawer. And, the bid was the same as another firm so we felt the price was right. We think we got more than what we paid for because the creative ideas were extraordinary and really improved upon our original plans. KC wasn't afraid to tell us when some of our ideas weren't going to work, yet he always offered even better solutions. Our job was a big one: We re-graded, put in drainage, retaining wall, staircase, fence, water feature, patio, lighting, plants- you name it and we did it. KC kept track of every single detail, and we were VERY detailed and had very specific wants. The team is top notch-  highly skilled, super polite, were very careful with our home and belongings, and worked extremely hard. These folks are models of efficiency! Blown away by the quality of work at the price given. Good communication, on time and did way more work than expected. Went above and beyond the call of duty with two house (front yards - right next to each other) side by side.
Work done: completely cleaned one yard that was overgrown and unkept. They also took a 2nd yard; cleaned it of weeds, trimmed the trees ? and replanted succulents as needed.
Can’t wait for them to return and work on my 60ft back yard next. So happy with the outcome!!!
