“Love this yoga studio! I feel like it's one of the best in the city! It's clean, and you don't have to worry about bringing a yoga mat or towel. They have thought of everything to make your experience comfortable, from the hair ties, lip balm, yoga blocks, and clips to keep your yoga mat in place. The room is heated, lit by candles, and sometimes has incense burning. Each class has slightly different postures and sequences, but I get a great workout each time. It's a fast flow and gets your heart rate beating.”
