“Brianna was my Botox lady and was amazing. I did 50 units on my forehead, frown lines, smile lines, and got a brow lift that I’m very pleased with as it didn’t interfere with my forehead lines. They also do hyaluronic filler which I didn’t get this time but saw someone there who just got it in their cheek/temple area and looked amazing. Also staff is super sweet and location is relaxing and clean/professional with an amazing view of SM“

“I’ve been going to European Wax Center for years, Since they opened on Montana and while I’ve had several wonderful waxers, they always seem to leave just when I find someone I really love. This time, though, I found the GOAT: Joelle.
Joelle is, without question, the best waxer I’ve ever had. I honestly couldn’t believe how painless the entire appointment was. Usually, even with an experienced waxer, you expect at least a little sting or pinch. Not with Joelle. There wasn’t a single moment where I tensed up or thought, “Here it comes.” It was so smooth and comfortable that I almost forgot I was getting waxed. That’s how talented she is.
I don’t even come in that often because my hair grows so slowly maybe four times a year but I’ll gladly schedule around Joelle’s availability. If she ever leaves, I’ll probably follow her wherever she goes.
Now for the downside and unfortunately, it’s a big one.
The front desk experience at the Montana location has consistently been disappointing. it seems like they go through front desk staff very quickly. I’m probably because they’re not selling or whatever the criteria is to be a front desk staff there but that’s the biggest turn off because as a person who gets waxed I’m always gonna come back. I don’t need to have a sales pitch. I’ll always spend my money at a place that has quality waxers. Women will always go to a place they trust They don’t need to have a sales pitch of buying packages if they want to they will. I hate when companies do this. It’s the worst thing a huge turn off and I don’t think one woman or a man that walks in there would not agree with Me The people actually performing the waxing are fantastic, but the reception staff often comes across as cold, insincere, and overly focused on selling instead of serving customers. Every visit feels like the same scripted sales pitch about buying a Wax Pass because “prices are going up.” I’ve heard it over and over, yet somehow the urgency never seems to match reality. It feels less like helpful information and more like pressure.What makes it worse is that the friendliness feels forced. Instead of feeling welcomed or appreciated as a loyal customer, I often leave the front desk feeling like I’m just another sales opportunity. There’s a big difference between excellent customer service and reading from a script, and unfortunately, it shows.In fact, I never leave my tip with the front desk because I don’t feel comfortable trusting that it will make it to my waxer. I always bring cash and hand it directly to my waxer before I leave the room.Thankfully, once you’re with the waxers, the experience completely changes. Every Waxer I’ve had has been wonderful, but Joelle is on another level. She is exceptionally skilled, incredibly professional, and truly gifted at what she does. She turned what is usually an uncomfortable appointment into one of the easiest I’ve ever had.European Wax Center is lucky to have her. If you’re booking an appointment, ask for Joelle. She’s worth every penny.“

Amalia, a tall gorgeous central asian genius, literally put her arm around me & affectionately scooped me to safety, & told me women can do anything. I love “spa therapy” because I vent, the aesthetician vents, & I felt so cared-for & nurtured.

They also had a cool red light full body bed—I’ve tried partial red light at other places, but the full body experience really puts you on another level. I’m autistic & I always consider spa/wellness experiences like this a real part of my sanity routine :) Being treated with genuine love & compassion by beautiful women, it’s just spa therapy & essential. I’m asian & that’s a big part of our culture :)

Loved coming here when it was at Sunset Tower, very fun & discreet, pink & girly but clean-aesthetic space. Can’t wait to try this location!

Doing your research beforehand matters a great deal and when one takes their time with it, someone special may come across your screens once in a while.

That was my experience when I found Dr Luciana Yacomotti.

Aside from her fabulous-sounding name, she also exudes an extraordinary ability to demonstrate genuine care for her patients. One can immediately tell that her primary objective is to guarantee the health and wellbeing of anyone who walks through her door. That alone makes her incredibly rare in the vast world of medical professionals in the L.A. area, but to top it off, she also makes sure to explain her treatment plans carefully, including the importance of after care and the safety precautions that come with it all.

I’ve gone to see her 5 times and each time she demonstrated an incredible amount of care and compassion for my health and safety, almost as if she was a family member, proving that this is indeed who she is at her core. She takes her work and her patients very seriously and I couldn’t be more grateful for that.

Last but certainly not least, she makes sure to work alongside an equally impressive and caring assistant/ receptionist called Leslie, a hardworking, very communicative, kind woman who greets you with a warmth and kindness that makes anyone feel welcome as soon as they arrive. Leslie is a natural and very professional people-person who knows how to make patients comfortable and how to communicate clearly. She’s an absolute gem of a person who sets the tone for the patient visits, and is clearly adored by Dr. Yacomotti.

That positive energy and teamwork between them creates such a good vibe at GC Skin Med Spa that I doubt anyone could find a place as peaceful, and results-oriented as this one.
