“I’ve been a customer for about 3 years at Prim. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I want to share how much I trust this place and my stylist, Melanie. I started with very damaged hair that has become so much more full and healthy— thanks to Melanie’s gentle encouragement and expertise. I’ve even had highlights throughout this hair journey, which really speaks to Melanie’s skills. I had avoided salons for over a decade because of the reprimanding I used to receive. But I didn’t get any judgement at Prim— Instead, I was given options and guidance. I also really enjoy the friendly and uplifting environment at this studio. As an introvert, I feel comfortable whether putting in headphones, or just listening to the fun banter around me. I am a loyal and very happy customer and recommend this place for anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy salon. The price is worth it— I consider this a self care essential. ?“
