Called Cynthia and was able to get in next day for blond highlights and a trim on my shoulder length straight hair. Altho gruff on the phone, Cynthia is friendly and chatty in person. My new highlights don’t quite match my grown out highlights - my roots are lighter but still gray, not blond. Unfortunately I couldn’t see this at the her salon because the lighting wasn’t great. Also, my hair felt quite dry when I left, possibly because the bleach was in my hair so long, not sure, maybe products. (K18 will fix it over time.) Ladies, before you pick up your scissors and cut your own hair (like I did) you should call and schedule with Cynthia.
Cynthia was able to save my curly hair and gave me a beautiful bob with lots of bounce. She was such a light and joy to have as a hair stylist and I will definitely be back. Thank you, Cynthia! ❤

I had a hair emergency; basically I was a "Hot Mess". I went to an unmentionable Salon and requested Rose Gold. What I got was a purple mess. Cynthia was super accommodating, took a look at "my mess" and agreed to take the challenge . So glad she did! My hair turned out beautiful !! Love, love, l
