I had been using, the product Sun In to lighten/bleach my hair for over 20 years.. that’s a lot of damage.. she was very upfront with me in telling me the effects that had on my hair, and told me that to actually do to my hair what I wanted(balayage) that she would need to treat my hair first. After she did that she has consistently given me what I want with my hair every time. She is not only knowledgeable about hair, but kind, and listens the what you want! I highly recommend her!
