Got a great haircut today from Eddie. I was a walk-in so I didn’t mind waiting; that’s normal anywhere. I checked in at 3:30 and was 9th in line, but I actually was finished with my haircut by 4:30. There were only 2 stylists working, but they were fast and experienced. I felt really comfortable just from seeing people’s haircuts as they waked out. By the time it was my turn I knew it’d be a threats cut, and it was definitely that. Thanks Eddie, I found my new spot and it’s down the block from me.

Lily is totally awesome! I came in for a haircut as a walk-in and immediately was seated and started my haircut. I left looking younger and feeling like a million bucks! Definitely two thumbs up and five stars for Lily!

Great check in system. Signed up for appointment on line on a busy Saturday, and arrived exactly at the time tracking system said it would be my turn. They literally called my name within 30 seconds of my arrival. Haircut was exactly what I wanted. Their system keeps track of prior cuts so you don't have to explain each time what you want. Stylist was friendly and efficient. Salon is clean and modern. Perfect blend of technology and personal customer service. Thanks Great Clips!
