“We recently purchased a new home and needed someone to professionally clean the carpets before we moved in. We reached out to several carpet companies for quotes, but most of them gave us prices over the phone without ever seeing the house. Sam was the only one who insisted on coming out in person to inspect everything first—and thank goodness he did.

He arrived with a black light and immediately discovered that the existing carpet throughout our home was saturated with pet urine from the previous owners. He even pulled the carpet back to show us that the urine had soaked through the pad and into the baseboards. He was completely honest and told us that even if we paid him $1,000, he wouldn’t clean the carpet because it simply wasn’t salvageable. That level of honesty is hard to find these days.
