Marvin called ahead because he was running a little early and kindly offered to come sooner, but there was no pressure at all. I was not quite ready, so he arrived right on time as scheduled. He showed up neat and professional in a clean company shirt and wore booties to protect the floors. Before starting, he walked through each room with me, went over the carpeted areas to be cleaned, and pointed out a few spots that might need extra attention.
