It turned out the carpet was not new at all, and the amount of dirt and buildup he pulled out after the previous tenant was surprising. Derek was able to fit us in on short notice when his schedule opened up, and he went ahead with a deep carpet cleaning along with the tile cleaning. He was very fair with pricing and did not charge us as much as he could have, especially since we were not expecting the carpet to need that level of work. The carpet and tile looked so much better afterward, fresh, clean, and fully refreshed. His work was excellent, and he was professional, helpful, and easy to work with the whole time. We will definitely call again for future carpet cleaning and tile service and plan to be repeat customers.“
