“Michael was awesome. I live in Folsom and I called on a Friday afternoon needing carpet clean ASAP. He answered promptly, and he was scheduled me for the next morning at 7am on a Saturday. The next morning I called him around 8:17am I called him to apologize because I had over slept and would be right there and at that moment I realized I had booked a carpet cleaning for Folsom, “LOUISIANA” and he was located in Folsom, “CALIFORNIA”.
