I came across Michael's name in a neighborhood group on FB. We had been 10-year loyal customers of a different carpet cleaning company but recently had a horrific experience where they caused damage to our home.
I reached out to Michael because I had a stain that needed to be cleaned in one of the bedrooms. He was able to come out within a week. He was kind, personable, and respectful. He explained his cleaning process and then went to work. He was able to get the stain out without leaving the carpet wet and it looks great.
We typically have annual carpet and tile cleaning and will give him a try for the whole house when we are due.
