I’ve been going to Train With Dave for three years now and can’t say enough about the progress they’ve helped me make. I’ve been using Gio for the last two years and he’s the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. He puts together solid workouts that challenge me, don’t feel monotonous, and have delivered noticeable results. He’s also very adaptable to changing focus and goals I may have, flexible with his schedule when I ask, and great about putting together workouts for me while I’m traveling.
Even though I don’t interact as much with Dave and Mike, I also find them great resources as well. I’ve already referred one friend to them and wouldn’t hesitate to refer more. Looking forward to continuing with TWD for the foreseeable future.
I’ve really enjoyed working with my trainer Blake. Blake is extremely respectful, patient, and flexible, and he does a great job adjusting workouts based on how my body is feeling that day. He makes a lot of small adjustments based on my pain, mobility, range of motion, and strength.
I originally had TFL pain that was affecting my workouts, and Blake helped me work through it and fix the issue. He also takes the time to explain body mechanics and why certain movements or adjustments matter, so I’ve learned a lot about how my body moves instead of just being told what exercises to do.
One of my favorite things is that working out actually feels fun instead of like a chore. Blake keeps things engaging while still making sure I’m making progress. He’s also gone beyond the allotted session time when I needed extra help, which I really appreciate.
Overall, he’s knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely attentive to what works for me. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trainer who actually listens and adapts the workouts to the individual.
I didn't train with Dave, but I did train with Blake.
Blake is a very knowledgeable and personable trainer. I appreciate his willingness to be flexible with my schedules and my constantly shifting exercise routines / goals.
His constant encouragement to improve while explaining my postures and forms is invaluable for my fitness journey and I highly appreciate how happy he is for me whenever I hit my personal best.
Good person, with great attitude so I highly recommend.
I’ve been coming here for a couple months and am completely obsessed with it. Amazing results and all the trainers are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a gym. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone no matter where you’re at in your health and fitness journey.
I’ve been training with Dave’s group since Oct 2021, my primary trainer is Stefan. Im amazed at the progress I have made. I’ve gotten stronger and overall happier with the way I look and feel. I was working out on my own prior to coming here but I wasn’t seeing any results until I started training with Stefan, he’s very sweet and knowledgeable. He has helped me to achieve my fitness goals which is to get more lean and decrease body fat %. I love coming to this facility, I like how Stefan switches up my workout program every 4-6 weeks and always pushing me . I’ve worked with a few other trainers besides Stefan as well, they are all very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Train with Dave group if you are looking for a great trainers.
I definitely recommend TWD. The trainers are kind, personable, and definitely take the time to get to know you and your personal fitness goals. In 3 months, I was able to see awesome results. Thanks to the entire TWD team for helping me fall in love with Fitness again! 🥳
