First time taking pilates and totally fell in love...friendly staff and great class over all cant wait for the next class. I use to be a big runner and had hip replacement last year im in my 40s ...this class gave me life again. Although im not allowed to run this class gives me a full workout . Thankful

Just finished my first Pilates orientation in Tustin, and I am so excited! š From the moment I walked in, the energy was so welcoming and completely judgment-free. The receptionist was incredibly sweet and patient with all my questions, and the instructor was just as amazing.
I was a little nervous going in because of some balance issues and knee discomfort, but the instructor really took the time to listen. She gave me honest advice on which classes will help me reach my goals safely and comfortably before I even think about the advanced stuff. Iām looking forward to trying out the next step formation class excited š¤
