But as an athlete, I’m starting to realize just how important recovery truly is, especially when training hard and constantly putting stress on your body.

“Development Fitness is an amazing gym. After an injury and years off from working out, Personal Training with Floyd has helped me get back into shape and gain strength in all my activities like cycling, skiing, and yoga.
The app gives you diet suggestions that will help you lose fat and gain muscle if that is your goal. You can also complete workouts through the app if you want to do them on your own.
But if you crave community: The gym culture is one of friendliness- everyone cheers for each other as they reach their goals. It’s clean with a great variety of machines and free weights.
