“What a wonderful experience! After being a member of Kaiser for the last 6 years I had forgotten what good medical care truly meant. This year we decided to switch insurance and finding a new PCP was nerve-racking, however after reading several reviews and articles about Dr. Dadsetan, I decided to switch to Memorial Care from our originally assigned group Providance. Every interaction I had with the staff was fantastic, from being greeted by the front desk, to Pricilla who did my intake and addressing my medical history with Dr. Datsetan! She was professional and knowledgeable and you could tell she truly cares about her patients! Thank you for restoring my faith in medicine and for making me feel like a person and not just another number.“

“We were not here that long because we found a clinic closer but Jennifer the Manager is awesome. She was very easy to work with and super sweet. Jennifer was super on top of coordinating appointments for our two boys and did her best to accommodate us. Soo evaluated my son Arthur and she was very kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. Thank you“

“I have been with Hoag Medical Group for almost three years now and we have had a fantastic experience. Dr. Amy Lau has gone above and beyond in helping us navigate through Covid, address issues such as ADHD and learning concerns in school, and has been extremely detail oriented in our annual well checks and sick visits. We switched from another practice after struggling with appt rescheduling and poor communication, and have been so impressed with her quick response times to all of our questions. I couldn't ask for a better physician in helping address the needs of all of my kids. I highly recommend her without reservation! We also have seen several other providers in the office for sick visits such as Dr. Kraus and have only good things to say!“

“My son has been seeing Dr. Xuanto Leduc for the past 16 years since he was born. She watched him grow and has been caring for his health all these years. He likes & respected her like his own aunty. When he reaches his teen, and all the hormones changes, his face was full of pimples. Dr. Leduc treated his achne problem & an inhouse estethecian monitor his progress & he had a few facials there. And not long he has his clear complexion back. The front & back office staffs are very nice to us. Yes sometimes we do have to wait but it all worth it. That is because, Dr. Leduc never rush through any patients, sometimes the little ones takes up more time....its understandable. A good doctor is priceless I highly recommend her.“

“I’m commenting based off the most recent review. I was sitting there waiting for my appt while this lady was screaming at staff. The staff only asked her to wear a mask and that is when she started yelling very rudely and calling them communists. I believe the lady sitting next to her (her mother) was the patient that day not her. The manager handled it well, they gave her options to wear a shield if she didn’t want to wear a mask or step outside while they treated her mother. She refused and acted like a child throwing a tantrum.“

“As a fellow up to my last post I had to come back Monday, March 18, 2024 for a new blood culture per a doctor who called me late Sunday night. I came in Monday and had just a great nurse named Sydney! Sydney was so kind and caring it was unbelievable! She appears to really enjoy her job! You can tell when someone is just going through the motion and someone really cares about the patients! She really cares! She is so kind and sweet and explains everything! She is there to make sure a stressful situation is less stressful! I can't say enough good things about her! Orange Coast Memorial should be proud to have her as a nurse! This is the hospital on Brookhurst St.“

“Dr.Nielsen and her back office staff are always a pleasure to communicate with on our visits. It is my opinion that Dr.Nielsen goes above and beyond for her patients and their families. In addition to her helpfulness and kind demeanor she is vastly knowledgeable and continues her research and studies to be able to share and do more for her patients. “5/20/24 I came here because my medical plan has this on its list which is high praise. I made an appt really easy. I was seen the same day. Shout out to Grace the dental tech that took my x-rays. The years of experience shows. Those can be uncomfortable. I've taken 3 sets of x-rays in 3 months so I can tell. I had a great talk with Dr Natalie Valdez. Love that personal touch. It was like speaking to a friend who really cared about the implications of the tough choice I had to make. Yep...extraction. Got me a referral to an oral surgeon and I'm waiting for that appt. Thanks to the whole staff. That's how you run a medical office. Found my dentist. Update: (5/24/24) After the referral to a really good surgeon, I'm back for the full exam. Today was a different dental tech. I sat for the whole work up. She used all the plastic clips and things. I felt like I was abducted by aliens and was on the table getting studied. She was really nice and she made sure to get all my teeth x-rayed. Some of them 3-4 times. I missed Grace, she had a smooth flow, she got it done in one shot each time. Dr Valdez came in and used the tools, you know the ones. Metal with sharp points , but she glided on the teeth so well I barely felt it. She was calling out numbers, I thought we were in math class doing algebra. 3,3,3,2,2,3. Before I knew it we were done. I don't know why people are scared of the dentist. You know if you brushed your teeth regularly and flossed. Just come find out what the damage is and get it fixed. Glad I didn't have cavities. Scheduled my cleaning fast and easy. I have to start a new job soon, so the receptionist worked with me, trying to find an available slot. (Ask & ye shall receive) If you have read this far then you know not ALL dental offices are this..."organized and thorough" I went to 2 other places and I didn't go back.“
