I was nervous about starting with a new medical group and PCP, but the staff at Memorial Care were all beyond kind and made me feel welcome. I was taken care of by Priscilla who truly listened to me and made me feel welcome the second she came and got me from the waiting room. I also felt touched the moment I walked in to my exam room and saw that Priscilla had taken the time to write "Welcome Angelica" on the paper covering the exam table. I've been to many doctor offices over the years and none have ever done something so sweet so I give Priscilla major props for taking the time to do this for me. I just got my insurance and I went to memorial care office on 17TH and I must say it was a real different experience and the vibe was real positive other medical locations I've been at they are like in a bad mood or like forcibly doing there job Not here if you were looking at a bad medical situation they would make you feel at peace specially the nurse Yesina shes real professional and welcoming she takes pride in her profession tell me this team here doesn't do different they even receive you with a welcoming banner

Had a severe case of impacted ear wax which was causing severe pain and loss of hearing. Went to urgent care and they were unsuccessful, so decided to pay a visit to Dr.Doshi. He and his team were amazing, especially Natalie who would not give up until all the ear wax was removed and she did it! I have my supersonic hearing back no pain and feel great!
