“like another reviewer, our apartment building has had nothing but ISSUES….we’ve had our kitchen sink filling up with nasty water with food, harmful cleaning products, general nastiness MULTIPLE times. we have a young infant whose bottles and my pump parts i keep in our sink so tell me why i woke up to both sides of my kitchen sink filled to the very top with my baby’s bottle parts floating in this truly digusting, foul water!!! the day before memorial day!!! and of course the complex maintainance sent me to voicemail via the emergency number?

however! today, after the regular maintainance guy came with a snake too short, the management called out advanced plumbing solutions who sent us andrew asap and he did an incredible job. fixed it, cleaned up after himself, was very kind and accomodating with my young baby having to nap and he was incredibly cautious about making noise. luckily my baby will sleep through the shop vac lol! andrew was awesome, chatted with us/kept us company while he worked and fixed the issue with the quickness!

“Only 07/23, I had lost all hot water from my 16 year old Rheem water heater. I made a call to AccuServe Plumbing & Drain and spoke to Mike. This was definitely after hours at 9:00 PM. Mike spent the time to trouble shoot some of the common problems my water heater could have potentially have been experiencing. The following day, I attempted to fix my water heater with the assistance of Mike on the line. Mike was very transparent and provided a service to me that blew away my expectations. He wasn't asking for anything return, just that I had my water heater fixed for my family.

Inevitably, the 16 year old water heater was a lost cause. I went to Home Depot and Mike guided me in which water heater would be most compatible for me. It was Saturday afternoon when I asked if Mike could come help me install the unit. Mike told me our only matching availability would be Tuesday. The original consultation was very informative of options and never pushed the most expensive option. They explained what the results would be with different options, and were honest about potential negatives that come with more expensive options. Installation was fast and efficient, and All Tankless didn't cut any corners. The pipe work looks great, and it even involved re-routing some pipes that come to the house from the street. I was given different options on how that was done since it was going to either be visible or affect a bush I had.
