Brandon has amazing customer service, communication skills, and expertise. Great value and lots of experience. They really go out of their way to provide the best services for your needs. We have a leak issue in our condo and requested for a leak detection service. Unfortunately, the cause of the leak is not within their scope, but we got a very accurate diagnostic which helps us further the resolution for our issue. Service requested: leak detection. Was a possible plumbing issue but they went up the attic, checked out the walls, cents, etc.
We had an emergency gas leak which required immediate attention! Brandon and his guys were here fast and found the leak within minutes! They are professional knowledgeable and have GREAT customer service skills! I HIGHLY recommend Hedrick & Young Plumbing! Specially for Emergencies!
I needed to replace a water supply line to my new Refrigerator as the older valve needed to be replaced, I called and they were at my front door within 25 minutes, it took them less than 30 minutes to replace an connect my new water supply line to my Refrigerator. So thankful for the fadt response and they were very polite and professional. Price was reasonable and about normal for the service provided.
